Refund policy

At Niryana Jewels, we value the trust you place in us and strive to provide you with the highest quality 925 sterling silver jewellery. Each product is carefully crafted and undergoes strict quality checks before being shipped.

❌ No Refunds or Returns

We maintain a strict no refund and no return policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We allow exchange of products only (no refunds).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange will be delivered in 7-10 working days 

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, you may choose another product of the same or higher value by paying the difference.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

In rare cases where the jewellery is delivered defective or damaged, we will offer a free replacement.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the defect.

Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged/Defective products Repalcement will be delivered in 7-10 working days 

📦 Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom-made or personalized jewellery

Items purchased during sale/discount periods

Gift cards
